We are honored to offer you a vast selection of crystals, polished, tumbled stones & rough minerals, fossils and geodes. We carry both natural & treated rocks and crystals. We supply rock boutiques, museums, and metaphysical stores. We sell items that are perfect for gifts, jewelry-making, interior decorating, personal collections and much more.
We are a strictly wholesale dealer.
To shop with JTI, you must have a seller's permit from your state or you must have the appropriate permit obtained from your state's Tax Agency. If you are from a state that doesn’t issue permits, we need a business license or other proof that you will resell our products.

Due to our wholesaler status, prices listed here are NET. Tax is not applied.
SHIPPING POLICY
The minimum order required for shipping is $100. Shipping costs will be determined after your purchase and a separate charge will be added to complete the shipping process.
All packages shipped within the US are shipped via UPS Ground. Orders shipped to Hawaii and outside of the US are shipped via USPS, and a signature is not required upon delivery. Please make sure to provide accurate address information, including city, state and zip code to prevent any errors or delays in shipping.
Once an order is submitted, we are unable to make changes to your shipping address.
ADDITIONAL SHIPPING INFO FOR ORDERS WITHIN THE US:
Shipping prices are based on weight (UPS).
Coupons: we do not stack coupons (so if your order comes out under after coupon is applied you will need to pay for shipping)
Items shipping within the US are shipped within 1-10 days from purchase date. If you require expedited delivery, please contact us. We will do our very best to accommodate you! Currently, our staffing is limited. and at times our orders desk fills up quickly. Please be patient, as we are doing are best to provide you with exceptional service.

Packages shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, United States Territories and areas outside of the United States, may take up to 21 business days for delivery.
INVOICE POLICY
We are paper free! When you place your order, the website will send you the invoice via the email you entered into our system at the time of purchase.
CUSTOM ORDER POLICY
We have a very large warehouse, with a vast selection of items. We try our best to supply as many items as we can for our valued, online customers. Due to the high demand for our products and the constant rotation of merchandise, it is impossible to keep our website fully updated with our inventory. However, if you are looking for something specific that you do not see online, feel free to email us. We will do our best to locate merchandise to fit your needs. Custom orders do tend to take more time. Therefore, we have very strict policies in place: the custom order process MUST be complete within 2 days. If custom order invoices are not paid within this timeframe, said items will be restocked and your online account will be restricted from placing custom orders in the future.
RETURN POLICY
If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase, returns will be accepted postmarked within 10 days of receipt. Returns ARE NOT accepted for items purchased in our store.
SALE ITEMS
Sales on clearance items are final. No exchanges, returns or credit will be given.
To return your purchase by mail, please include the original packing slip with your return and ship to the address below. Customers are responsible for return shipping charges, and we strongly recommend you obtain a tracking number to ensure successful delivery.
